Application Form For Parking Permit Permits are valid for one calendar year only and must be reapplied for at the end of that calendar year. Valid I.D. showing Cabrini Villas address must be shown at the time of application. Valid and current vehicle registration for each vehicle must be shown at the time of application. All resident vehicles using this permit must be registered and included on this form. Permit processing fee is required at the time of permit issuance. |

I further agree to abide by all the rules and regulations and understand that any violations are subject to monetary fines and/or towing and impound at my expense. I understand that this permit is my responsibility and permits may not be sold or transferred in any way. I understand a lost permit requires a $100 fee for replacement. I understand that vehicles are the sole responsibility of owner and Cabrini Villas does not take or imply any responsibility for said vehicles. I further understand that any outstanding tickets and/or violations constitutes non-renewal and/or revocation of permit. |
