Lawsuit Update

Arbitration Hearing held before Judge Channey.
Informed that lawyers
representing
the insurance carriers of RESG and
sub-contractors are getting
together to
discuss remuneration and extent of
responsibility in the settlement
of the
lawsuit.
Another arbitration hearing is to be
scheduled since both parties
(plaintiff
and defense) are too far apart for purposes of
determining
damage
repair cost

● Start
preparation work on Policy Booklet for
distribution to homeowners.
No consensus reached pertaining to type
binding form – bounded versus loose leaf
