The recently concluded Board of Directors election at Cabrini Villas Homeowners Association proclaimed the reelection of all incumbent Board of Directors.  Confirmed by the Election Referee, Ms. Jeanne McDonald, and affirmed by the CVHOA Election Committee, chaired by Ms. Francis Dietzel, the election results are herein released and published.

Mr. Ron Simmons	171
Mr. Frank Perkles	155

Mitch Steinberger and Ron Simmons, being the top two vote getters, are each serving a 2 year, term while Frank Perkles will hold office for one year.  

 The other candidate Mr. Bahnam Yamin accumulated a total of 109 votes.

 Immediately after the election results were declared final, the Board of Directors convened in an Executive Meeting to elect among them the 2007-2008 set of Officers for the 2007-2008 CVHOA Board of Directors, which actually remained the same.
