Cabrini Villas Community

Cabrini Villas is a beautifully landscaped and maintained community consisting of 863 homes covering approximately 77 acres nestled at the foot of the Verdugo Mountains, with hundreds of acres of natural park land surrounding it. Cabrini Villas is a townhouse community developed from 1974 to 1976.

Overlooking the valley the site is enhanced at night by a view of countless sparkling lights for the city below. With no through streets, the old fashioned sense of neighborliness prevails in this Mediterranean-styled community.

Cabrini Villas Community is a family oriented community surrounded by natural areas, a park, playground areas, 6 lighted tennis courts (with a tennis pro), saunas for both men and women, a basketball court, a volleyball court, 7 pools and 4 jacuzzis.

It has a beautiful clubhouse that is accessible to the homeowners and is also available for rental for special meetings, private parties, weddings and other community group gatherings.

In addition to all of the beautiful local landscaping, there is a community park located at the top of the hill.

Deer roam freely throughout Cabrini Villas. Please observe speed limits and deer crossing signs.

There is a monthly maintenance fee, per unit, which covers outside landscaping, general maintenance, pool service, common area insurance, basic cable, green trash, water & sewer, managerial services, security patrol & subterranean pest control located in common area.

Residents pay their own electric, telephone, individual household trash pick-up and gas service.

The Homeowners Association

The Cabrini Villas Homeowners Association (CVHOA) governs and maintains the business, affairs and property that contribute to the overall ambience and property value. Activities are under the direction of a 5 member board, which includes a president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer and a director. All members of the board are Cabrini Villas homeowners and are elected by the homeowners. Committees are appointed by the Board of Directors.

In addition, there is a general manager, office staff, maintenance and ground crews.
