Committee The Architectural Committee is formed under the directives set forth in the CC&R's and Architectural Policy for Cabrini Villas Homeowners Association. The committee is composed of homeowners who reside in Cabrini Villas and who voluntarily offer their time and efforts to serve the community without reimbursement. The primary function of the committee is to investigate and (if necessary) report on those who choose not to follow association Architectural Policy guidelines. They review applications submitted by homeowners and assure the proposed changes maintain the quality of Cabrini. The Committee also investigates Architectural Policy violations. The committee meets regularly and meetings are posted. The Committee Chairperson (or a representative thereof) should give regular, monthly reports at the monthly board meetings. |
