HOMEOWNERS:
The rental fee is $250.00 (non-refundable). The deposit of $750.00 covers any damage and/or cleaning required. One check for the amount of $1000.00 will be deposited. Mandatory security is required at $15.00 per hour (non-refundable).
  POOL AREA IS OFF LIMITS.

NON-OWNER RESIDENTS:
The rental fee is $500.00 (non-refundable). The deposit of $1000.00 covers any damage and/or cleaning required. One check for the amount of $1500.00 will be deposited. Mandatory security is required at $15.00 per hour (non-refundable).
  POOL AREA IS OFF LIMITS.

PLEASE NOTE: The Association charges $35.00 plus expenses for cleaning and/or repair work. Homeowners are responsible for damages incurred by them or their guests, inside or outside the Clubhouse Building and/or common areas. _________(initials)

    * I am the sponsor or this party and will be in attendance.
   *There will be no charges, fees, raffles, or dues charged in connection with event, not for business use only        _________(initials)

   *Hours of availability: Friday- 7pm to 12 am, and Saturday and Sunday-- 12pm to 12am

   *The clubhouse will be closed and guests must depart from premises by 12 mid-night.
 Cleaning activity may continue up to 1AM only. Security must remain until cleaning is completed and the area is secured.
  *A pre/post inspection of the Clubhouse will be performed by the renter and office designee. After pre-inspection, a key to the Clubhouse and kitchen will be given to the renter, which must be dropped off at office the morning after the party. The homeowner/ resident is responsible for the keys.

All renters (members or non-owners) will have to engage security service for a minimum of 4 hours at a $15.00 per hour rate.  Most parties held at the CVHOA Clubhouse extend for more than 4 hours.  Clubhouse renters are obligated to have security personnel, approved by the HOA, present during the party.  The presence of security prevents damage to CVHOA property or if there are damages, it’s appropriately reported to Management.  Also, unruly conduct among party participants caused by alcohol consumption is monitored to the satisfaction of the host. As a reminder, consumption of liquor during these events is prohibited    _________ (initials)

   *Security arrangements must be made and paid for by the homeowner/ resident with the CVHOA office.
  *Security personnel will be on the premises and have full access to the recreation building. Security has the authority to close the premises at any time, if they find it necessary to maintain the safety and/or for any violation of Cabrini Villas rules and regulations or use for any unlawful purpose.       _________(initials)     

  *Maximum occupancy is 120 persons

  *No Attachments to walls or ceilings are allowed (tacks or nails).      _________(initials)
   *The facility is cleaned for your use. You must return the facility to the same condition, including all tables, chairs, appliances, floors, and restrooms.
    *All trash must be completely removed and hauled from the premises by the renter.
   *Homeowners/ Residents accept full responsibility for any and all items that they bring into the Clubhouse, including all personal and rental items.
 The rearranging or moving of furniture is strictly prohibited.  _________(initials)
