 Dear Member:

Effective January 1, 2009 the CVHOA monthly assessment will be increased to $ 335.00.

The Board is extending the initial payment of the assessment to January 15, 2009.

 The increase in assessment of $ 19 was necessary to augment the rising cost of supplies and services required in the daily operation of CVHOA business.  

As required by Civil Code 1365.2.5 the 2009 CVHOA Budget is included herewith. 

 Any member of Cabrini Villas Home Owners Association may avail of an additional copy of the budget for their purpose at the HOA office and copies will be provided at no charge.

 Also, the Board would like to announce a change in the offices held by the 2009 Board of Directors.  Mr. Frank Perkles has been recently elected by the Directors to serve as Treasurer replacing Mr. Williams who remains in the CVHOA Board as Secretary.  Board President Michael Eastman and Vice President Mitch Steinberger remain in their respective positions.  Mr. Ron Simmons is acting Secretary until Mr. Williams is available to assume the position in early January.
