Increase
the regular homeowner's monthly assessment to
$316.00 per Finance Committee recommendation.

Earmark the $9.00 per month per unit
increase as an additional contribution to the
Reserve Fund. An additional contribution of
$7767 shall be added to the regular monthly
contribution of $32850. Total monthly reserve
contribution shall be $40617.

Policarpio to establish a new CVHOA bank
account to serve as a depository for a monthly
insurance contribution for January, February
& March 2005.

exceeding monthly allocation requires approval

the issuance of 2005 Parking Permit. Permit to
be made available January 1, 2005 for $30.00
each per year. Parking rules enforcement to
take effect March 1, 2005. Dexel design hang
tag selected as presented to the Board. Order
800 pieces.
