Motion:

Approve Board of Directors Minutes of the Meeting of June 24, 08.

              Motioned by Frank Perkles
              Seconded by Bill Williams

                        Motion unanimously carried.

Motion: 

Accept the addition of a tennis pro subordinated by Sal Zimmitti’s tennis pro contract with CVHOA. 

                      Motioned by: Ron Simmons

                       Motion unanimously carried.

Motion:

Approve write off of P8017-3 ($1697.00) and R7775- ($2243.60). 

                      Motioned by: Michael Eastman
                      Seconded by: Ron Simmons

                       Motion unanimously carried.

Motion:

Reduce the re-programming fee for key scan lost access card to $35.00.

                      Motioned by: Frank Perkles
                      Seconded by: Bill Williams

                       Ron Simmons Abstained from voting

                       Motion  carried.

Other Matters

1)      Cumulative voting was request by several homeowners and therefore carried as a method of voting per CVHOA By-Laws.

2)      Cost Cutting recommendations submitted to the Board for future discussion.

3)      Submission of nominees for candidacy for Board of Directors

4)      Submitted to Board HO request for post construction repair work of bedroom closet repair; evaluation of unit necessary.

5)      Submission of HO request on Special Assessment exemption

6)      Update on Time Warner Cable Contract
