Approve Board of Directors Minutes of the Meeting of April 22, 08.

Motion: 

Adoption of Resolution involving Special Assessment and Emergency Special Assessment amounting to $ 793.35.  Details as stated in attached Resolution dated May 20, 2008.

Approve recording Notice of Delinquent Assessment for 7782R2.
