Approve Board of Directors Minutes of the Meeting of March 24, 2009.

Motion: 

Approve proposal submitted by California Marquee to install plexi glass cover for LED sign in the amount of $535.00.

Motion: 

Approval to write off L8034-2 in the amount of $6,070.05. This property was foreclosed and is now bank owned.

Approve proposal to purchase computers and software as stated in referral bid.

Approval to hold City of Los Angeles Municipal Elections on May 19, 2009 at Clubhouse.

Approve contract of Cal Roofing to repair gutters in the amount of $5,400.00. Approved on March 24, 2009 agenda.
