Motion:

Approve Board of Directors Minutes of the Meeting of January 27, 2009. 

              Motioned by Frank Perkles
              Seconded by Mitch Steinberger

                        Motion carried.
                        Ron Simmons abstained; absent January meeting

Motion: 

Approve proposal submitted by Will’s Pool Service for re-plastering of Via Sorrento Pool amounting to $ 7650 plus tax.

                       Motion unanimously carried.

Other Matters

 

          1 . General Managers Report:

a)      Insurance premium contribution (February & March) held in operation account per instructions from board.

 b)      Submitted delinquent to  BofD.Xescape project completed in Via Rosa Maria for Board inspection

c)      Confirmation of Board Insurance Meetings

d)      Collection Agency replacement and formulation of ad hoc committee for delinquency collection

e)      Submission of towing proposals for Board review

f)      Submission of computer and software requirement for HOA office. 

g)   Requested amount estimated $2.5K

h)  Submitted 1st Electrical Bid for tennis court lights awaiting another bid 

i)  Submission to Board of proposal to fabricate and install Plexiglass for LED sign in the amount of  $ 535.00
