Motion:

Approve 2007 Reserve Study as prepared by Association Reserves Inc.

                        Motion unanimously carried.

Motion:

Approve CVHOA Welcome Package per format recommendation submitted by Inez Turner. Board withholds approval on map-address page pending presentation of mock up copy. Withhold approve on fines structure.

Motion:

Approve parking permit order specification (yellow with black lettering) to send to printer.

Approval of Friday Tennis Event to be held at Cabrini Villas tennis courts.

Approve Cabrini Villas Script Reading to be held Nov. 30 ,2000

                 Motion carried.

                Edgar Khalatian & Michael Eastman abstained.

Other Items:

1) More newsletters published monthly. Put announcements on community bulletin board.

2) Consult legal counsel to determine appropriate action. GM to be advised to call legal counsel.
