Board of Directors Meeting
    April 27, 2010

      Minutes Of The Meeting

      Convened at 7:30 PM

Motion:

Approve the March 23, 2010 Minutes of the Board of Directors Meeting as written.

     Motion:

Board approval of bad debt charges for T9696-3 in the amount of $876.25 and T9668-1 in the amount of $12,109.35 (bank foreclosures).

     Motion:

Approve new termite company Isotech.

Approve authorization to record Notice of Default for T9640-2.

Other Matters:

  • Roof and scupper repair work for further discussion.

  •  

  • Bank account reserve: proceed to open another reserve account in compliance of FDIC limit of $250,000.00.

  • Re-plaster bid Via Verona deferred for request for new bids.

  • Drainage VGB of Via Ricardo pool approval request via email.
